Material Technology

- Speed ​​Sensor® Ⅱ

80% polyester / 20% polyurethane. This air resistance reduces-reducing material is designed for use not only in road racing but also in general riding. The drag characteristics of existing materials from Japan and abroad were analyzed using aerospace engineering and sports science techniques. Based on the verification results, the material was created through repeated wind tunnel testing and PIV measurements, and is most effective at reducing drag in the speed range effective for cycling. This revolutionary material air resistance from low speeds of 40km/h onwards, and is most effective at mid-speeds of 50km/h.
